Agentic Squad
Design innovation from Innovox: a team of specialist AI agents that turns a brief into a complete, standards-aligned architecture document, checked before anyone reads it.
Working prototype. The Agentic Squad is not yet available to buy. We are preparing controlled trials with organisations that have a real architecture-design backlog.
Why design needs innovating
The design document is where a delivery is really decided, and it is often the weakest part of a programme. Not because people cannot write, but because writing it properly costs time nobody has.
The usual pattern is weeks of workshops, a template inherited from the last programme, specialists writing in parallel without reading each other's sections, and a document that is out of date the week it is signed off.
The valuable part was never the typing. It is the structure, the standards, the traceability and the review, and those are exactly what a well-governed team of agents can hold onto better than a stretched delivery team.
How the squad works
Every document goes through the same six stages, from your brief to a finished, checked document.
-
Intake
Your brief arrives in whatever form you have it: Word, PDF, Excel, Markdown or plain text.
-
Research
The squad identifies the frameworks and regulations your brief names, and the standard structure for the type of document you need.
-
Staff the squad
Specialist agents are assigned to the document, such as solution, security, data and test architects, each with a defined role.
-
Author
Each specialist checks what it knows, researches the gaps, then writes its section with the rest of the squad's work in view.
-
Diagram and assemble
Architecture diagrams are drawn, sections are placed in the right order, and duplicated content is replaced with cross-references.
-
Check and export
Automated checks pass or fail the document before export to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Markdown.
What it means for your business
Your architects stop starting from a blank page. They review and refine a complete, consistent draft instead.
-
Faster to a first complete draft
A full document without weeks of workshops, so expert time goes into judgement rather than assembly.
-
Consistent with the standards you use
Documents follow the frameworks named in your brief, such as TOGAF, ITIL 4 and PRINCE2, with the right vocabulary throughout.
-
Traceable from requirement to design
Requirements, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and decisions are carried through the whole document rather than dropped along the way.
-
Checked by code, not by trust
Mandatory sections, document-type fidelity and invented references are checked automatically. An AI marking its own work is not a control.
-
Your data, your models
The squad works with the model provider of your choice, including models running entirely inside your own environment.
Documents the squad produces
The squad is built for the architecture and governance documents a programme is judged on.
- Enterprise architecture vision
- High-level design
- Low-level design
- Technology reference architecture
- Service design
- Project initiation document
- Business case
- Test strategy

Help shape the first trial
We are looking for design partners with a representative, non-classified brief, experienced reviewers and a clear view of what a useful HLD should contain.
