Privacy notice

How we handle personal information when you use this website or get in touch.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Who we are

This website is run by Innovox Limited ("Innovox", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16098524. Our registered office is Vine House, 73 Woodstock Road, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1ED. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at msharkey@innovox.uk.

What we collect

  • Contact form and email. Your name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and the content of your message.
  • Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the website.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it and why

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and arrange that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and running our business. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, we may also rely on steps taken at your request before entering into it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Vercel Inc., which hosts this website
  • Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
  • Our email provider, which stores our correspondence

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To make a request, email msharkey@innovox.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
